What is a forest guide?
The “forest guides” are guides trained by the town to promote the charm of Sasaguri’s forests to as many people as possible.
Guides who love Sasaguri’s nature and are familiar with the forest will walk through the forest with you and help you on your healing journey with their extensive knowledge.

The “forest guides” are guides trained by the town to promote the charm of Sasaguri’s forests to as many people as possible.

- Participation fee (revised May 8, 2014)
1 to 3 persons 5,000 yen/group
4 to 9 persons 1,500 yen/person
Each walk lasts approximately two hours. - Ordering lunch box
A separate fee of 1,200 yen per person (tax included) will be charged if you wish to order a “healing lunch box.”
If you wish to order an onigiri lunch box, a separate fee of 500 yen per person (tax included) will be charged.
If you would like to order a boxed lunch, please contact us at least 10 days in advance.
Please contact us at least 4 days in advance to cancel your boxed lunch. - Precautions
Please wear breathable, wicking clothing including long sleeves, long pants, hat, bag that keeps both hands free, and comfortable athletic shoes.
Please bring drink (water, etc.), towel, and rain gear.
Pets are not allowed.
In case of cancellation or change, please contact us at least three days prior to the scheduled date of the walk.
